3. User Obligations

When using our website, you must comply with the following rules:

  • Projects begin with a written contract
  • Payment plan is specified in the contract
  • Change requests are subject to additional fees
  • Delivery times are mutually determined

5.2 Payment Terms

  • Payments are made according to the terms specified in the contract
  • Interest may be applied for delayed payments
  • In case of cancellation, the cost of completed work is charged

6. Liability Limitation

Revibex is not responsible for indirect damages that may occur during service delivery. Our liability is limited to the contract amount.

7. Privacy

8. Warranty and Support

  • 3 months free technical support for all projects
  • Free correction in case of malfunction
  • Hosting and domain services are billed separately
  • Backup services are the customer's responsibility

9. Cancellation and Refund

In case of project cancellation:

  • Cancellation by customer: Cost of completed work is charged
  • Cancellation by Revibex: Advance payment is refunded
  • Cancellation by mutual agreement: Terms are determined through negotiation

10. Prohibited Uses

The following activities are prohibited:

  • Hosting illegal content
  • Spreading spam or malicious software
  • Copyright infringement
  • Threatening system security
  • Violating others' rights

11. Changes

These Terms of Service may be updated when necessary. Important changes will be notified to our customers.

12. Applicable Law

This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes will be resolved in Istanbul courts.
